Carla has been running her organic farm for over 30 years with passion and dedication.
Vegetables, medicinal herbs and cereals are grown on the farm, but in this little corner of paradise there is no lack of woods and glades, green meadows and trees.
A large greenhouse stands in the centre of the farm and is the place where the nursery activities take place!
Carla is passionate about wild herbs, which she searches far and wide in the uncultivated land of her farm to transform them into food with true mastery!

culinary itineraries

With Carla you can devote yourself to a mini farm cooking course!
You can set off on a walk around the farm in search of Carla’s favourite wild herbs for their nutritional and organoleptic properties to cook in the kitchen!
You will learn to recognise these plants that grow wild in abundance when their time comes! You will know how to distinguish them and discover the characteristics of the environments they prefer to grow and thrive in!
After the harvest, in the kitchen, Carla will involve you in the preparation of these herbs with simple cooking, to let you fully discover the aromas and scents they give off and imagine other and new combinations!
Or perhaps you’d rather choose to delve into the secrets of handmade egg pasta and try your hand at preparing different pasta shapes after rolling out the dough!
Always, the morning ends at the table!
A table set in the greenhouse or in the shade of the garden will be the perfect location for your well-deserved tasting lunch or dinner accompanied by an excellent glass of Verdicchio!

For those who prefer it, it is also possible to go to Carla’s for a visit to her farm for a rural aperitif. The aperitif will be based on wild herbs and wild carrot flowers, accompanied by products made from her flour!
For the aperitif alone, the price is 20 € per person.
