Villa Capodarco is an elegant Bed & Breakfast in Fermo, nestled in the peaceful hills of the Fermano area, just 2 km from the Adriatic Sea.
This welcoming property offers modern rooms and suites, some with panoramic sea views and direct access to the garden and pool.

THE PROGRAMME

Day 1 – Arrival and relaxation at Villa Capodarco

Upon your arrival at Villa Capodarco, let yourself be enchanted by the stunning panoramic pool overlooking the breathtaking Adriatic Sea stretching out below. Take a stroll through the lush garden, nestled in the green hills of the Fermano area, and enjoy an atmosphere of complete tranquillity and well-being. The property is the perfect retreat to refresh both body and mind after your journey, in an elegant and welcoming setting.

Begin preparing for two exciting days of discovery with our self-guided e-bike tours. Thanks to a dedicated app, you will be accompanied along itineraries created by experienced local guides, leading you to explore the territory. The app will guide you step by step, highlighting stops at key points of interest and providing detailed historical, cultural, and food and wine insights about the places you visit, for an immersive and personalised experience.

Day 2 – E-bike tour through medieval villages and local flavours

Set off on an unforgettable e-bike excursion to discover the medieval villages of the Fermano area.

You can choose between an itinerary passing through the charming villages of Moresco and Altidona, with a stop at a winery or an olive mill to taste fine local wines and extra virgin olive oil, or a route to Torre di Palme, one of the most enchanting villages on the Marche coast that will captivate you with its cobbled streets, panoramic sea views, and timeless atmosphere.

At the end of the tour, return to Villa Capodarco to relax and prepare for the following day.

Day 3 – E-bike exploration of Fermo and departure

After breakfast, set off on a self-guided e-bike tour through the historic centre of Fermo (a small, lesser-known art town in the Marche region, rich in treasures—a true hidden gem). This itinerary will take you to discover the city’s main cultural attractions, including entry to the most important museums and the extraordinary Roman Cisterns—among the best-preserved in Italy and a millennia-old testament to Roman engineering.

At the end of your visit, return to Villa Capodarco for check-out and departure, taking with you the memory of an authentic experience in the heart of the Marche region.
