Accommodation

A family-run agriturismo, where you will be welcomed by Roberta and her family, who passionately manage their farm every day, immersed between forests and mountains.

A goat barn, a vegetable garden, a small cheese dairy, lavender fields, a laboratory for extracting essential oil used in natural products and cosmetics, and a charming little cottage all make up the setting.

Here you come into real contact with farm life, far from the fast pace of everyday routines. To enhance relaxation during this special stay, there is also a small wellness area surrounded by nature, featuring a heated hot tub and a couple’s sauna: an intimate space where you can slow down and enjoy the silence.

TRAVEL JOURNAL

DAY 1

Arriving at the agriturismo in the afternoon, you will have time to explore the farm, walking through vegetable gardens, lavender fields, pastures, and getting up close to the dairy goats and the other animals of the farm.

You will also take part in the goat milking experience, collecting the milk that will be used the following day to produce cheese. Afterwards, you can enjoy some relaxation in the Finnish hot tub and sauna before sitting down to a well-deserved dinner prepared for you with farm-produced ingredients and local products.

DAY 2

After breakfast, the visit begins at the small on-site cheese dairy, where you will witness the processing of milk, taste freshly made curd, and discover the different stages of artisanal cheese production.

You will learn more about the art of cheesemaking and the techniques used to produce different types of cheese, as well as the secrets of cheese ageing and maturation. This is a true farm-life experience that brings you closer to nature.

To continue your day, we recommend reaching the trail leading to the Infernaccio Gorge, a stunning canyon carved by the stream, featuring waterfalls and small cascades of remarkable beauty.

Return to the agriturismo, relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY 3

On your final day in the Sibillini Mountains, you can continue discovering this extraordinary territory.

You may enjoy a walk through the charming villages of Montefortino and Amandola, or set off on another excursion (let our suggestions inspire you).

Alternatively, you can join an e-bike experience with a local guide to explore the Sibilla mountain range and its untouched landscapes.

Or you may meet Giulia and her Sopravissana sheep for another authentic experience linked to livestock farming and wool production.
