your guide

Valerio is a resourceful guy with a lot of ideas. His enthusiasm and his passion for what he produces and for the territory where he grew up, Cingoli, will surprise you right away.
You will see this passion from the very first step in the vineyard and it will be the common thread of your adventure that will lead you to taste the wines of the cellar and the products of the territory.

Here we go! After the welcome, we will leave with Valerio towards the nearby vineyards for a quick survey of the company to discover the different vines cultivated.
Then we get to the heart!
Harvesting in the vineyard is the first part of this journey; accompanied by expert guides you will understand what is the right degree of ripeness to obtain an excellent wine and… let the harvest begin!
After working for the harvest, it will be time to move to the cellar to start the pressing!

You’ll take off your shoes and wash your feet...

you will need it!
In fact, Valerio will make you relive the evolution of grape pressing methods.
First of all, he will make you press the grapes just like they used to do … barefoot in the tub! You will enter the vats where the grapes have been stored and you will literally start walking on them until only a very little left of the grapes will be in it!
Then you will discover the method of extracting juice through an old press up to modernity and the current method of pressing.
After all this effort, you’ll only have to taste! In addition to tasting the wines from the cellar, you can also savor the other gastronomic excellences of the area in an excellent apericena!
