THE PROGRAMME
Welcome on board! From the harbour of San Benedetto del Tronto, we set sail north, following the coastline towards Cupra Marittima.
During the navigation, the marine biologists guide guests through the story of this stretch of coast: its history, its natural features, and the characteristics of both the marine and underwater environments.
Along the way, we also explore fishing as a human activity and how it has developed in this area. There will be time to stop for a swim in particularly scenic spots, chosen for their beauty and ecological interest.
On board, guests can also observe seawater samples under a microscope, discovering the invisible world that escapes the naked eye and gaining a deeper understanding of the richness of the marine ecosystem.
THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES ...
This experience is also a nature exploration in search of marine wildlife: dolphins and other cetaceans, as well as sea turtles and many other species that inhabit these waters.
When encounters occur, they become an opportunity to learn more about these animals—their role in the ecosystem, their behaviour and characteristics—guided by the marine biologists on board.
After time dedicated to observation and relaxation, a light tasting of local products is served before returning to the harbour, with a new perspective on the sea and all it holds.
