In 2007, Pascale and Massimo decided to change their lives and they arrived in the countryside of the Marches from Milan. Here they made their dream came true by dedicating themselves to hospitality and viticulture in a splendid estate dating back to 1892 that has been completely restored.
They told us that “opening the doors of our cellar means much more than a visit with tasting; it means sharing a passion, a life choice, to leave a contribution as a legacy to future generations. We will not speak only of wine as a final “product”, but of the process that arises from the roots of our awareness to the pleasure of the palate for mutual enrichment”.

At the farm you can admire the typical landscape of the Marches and with this experience you will immerse yourself in it! In fact, it will begin with a walk in the vineyards where you will be introduced to the territory, the history of the company vines, the principles of sustainable, biodynamic and biotic viticulture adopted in the vineyard and you will look at the underground amphorae in which the wine matures.

At this point all that remains is...

going to the cellar where we will talk about the equipment used and the methods of vinification without added yeast, following the philosophy of spontaneous fermentation, and of vinification in amphora that Massimo and Pascale adopt and follow with passion and enthusiasm.

It will be a moment of sharing...

about amphorae, history, geography, travels, territories, traditions and experiences for a mutual discovery.
After that you will only have to try, or better… to taste! You can choose among three different tasting itineraries of 3, 6 or 7 glasses that will be paired with a platter of typical local products.
But it’s not over yet!

As wine producers...

Massimo and Pascale also bring their identity to the table by serving the fruit of their work in addition to the glass. The dishes of the ‘Osteria’ use grapes, reductions and grape jellies grown by them and they are prepared with ingredients that reflect the cycle of nature. A culinary research that combines tradition, authenticity and seasonality. In a word: territory!
Alternatively, or in addition to the tasting you can enjoy a three-course dinner paired with a glass of wine.
