The visit starts with an introduction to the history and philosophy of the winery, deeply rooted in the Vallesina valley and its most representative grape variety.
You’ll then continue into the ageing cellar — one of the winery’s highlights — where the magic of winemaking takes shape, from work in the vineyards to transformation in the bottle.
The heart of the visit is dedicated to sparkling wine production, where you’ll discover the two methods used to create the winery’s elegant bubbles: the Traditional Method (Metodo Classico) and the Charmat Method, both symbols of excellence and identity for this estate.
The Wine Tower
Back above ground, you’ll reach the Wine Tower, one of the few still standing in Italy!
Here you can admire the fascinating system of interconnected tanks that tells the story and functioning of this remarkable structure — an ingenious example of 1960s wine architecture.
From the top terrace, a 360° view opens over the entire Esino river valley: the panorama well worth the climb!
A place that preserves the past and bears witness to the evolution of winemaking in the heart of the Vallesina.
And at the end of the visit, it will be time to taste the products of the winery
After this journey through history, the experience continues with a guided tasting that will make you appreciate this visit even more.
You can choose among several tasting paths, each designed to reveal a different facet of the territory:
A journey through Verdicchio, featuring its most distinctive expressions: Classico, Superiore, Riserva, and Spumante.
Verdicchio bubbles, a tasting focused on the winery’s sparkling wines made with both the Traditional and Charmat methods — the true pride of the estate.
The “Giro delle Marche”, a tasting experience that explores wines produced from grapes grown in different areas of the Marche region, all signed by this historic winery.
Everything is paired with a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, homemade bread, and regional olive oil — the authentic flavours of the Marche that complete an experience to be savoured.
